Can I still enter?

Yes you can. Just come to the Event HQ on Saturday or Sunday at Garden Place, Victoria St Hamilton. Registration is in the Hamilton City Council Building. Find out more>>>

I lost my confirmation

Check your entry here and search by surname.

Two options:

  • Your name appears: you can email the confirmation to yourself. If the email doesn't arrive, your email address is possible spelled wrong or is stopped by a spam filter. Just come and see us at the Event HQ and will get you sorted.
  • Your name doesn't appear: your registration possible didn't come through. Come and see us at the Event HQ and we will have a good look and help you there.

I never received a confirmation

What is the late fee

On 12 and 13 November a late fee of $9 applies for the 6 and 12 km Run, adults only. Anyone under 19 doesn't pay a late fee. Also the entry fee of $10 for Community Service Card holders remains. View all entry fees here.

Do I still receive discount with my Community Service Card

Yes, Community Service Card holders still receive a discount and don't pay the late fee. Entry fee ramains $10 in event weekend.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, as long as it is on a short lead and under your control at all times. Participants with dogs have to line up at the back of the runners or walkers (if you are a walker).

Can children enter as individuals, rather than being a part of a school team?

Absolutely. Just come to the Event HQ on Saturday or Sunday to enter you child. No late fee applies for children.

Can parents run with their child in the 2km event?

No, the 2km event is for kids only. The course is supervised by event staff and Team Energize. The event is designed to be safe for children to participate in on their own. Parents are welcome to encourage their child along the side line.
