When_you arrive

1. Where to go and where to park

• The Event HQ is at Victoria St, Hamilton
• Park your car or your bike
• Use the available drop off point
• Secure a disability car park

2. Pick up your Event Number and Timing Chip

• Location : Hamilton City Council building, Garden Place
• When: Saturday 17 November from 2pm-6pm, and Sunday 18 November from 7.30am
• Please bring your confirmation of entry.

3. Get yourself ready

• Gear storage: available in Event Info Centre
• Event number: pin on the front of your shirt
• Timing chip: attach to shoelace
• Use the toilet
• Drinks. See the course map for drink stations. If you think you need more water on the way, please bring a drink bottle
• Apply sunscreen

4. Line up at start line in your correct start zone

5. Be safe

• Read Health and Safety Information at Round The Bridges

6. Have a great time getting around course

7. Finish and relax in Garden Place

• Have a snack and a drink
• Treat yourself a massage (bring $10 for 10 minutes)
• Enjoy the entertainment, the music, the kids fun zone
