Registration is where you come to collect your race number and timing chip. In order to collect these items, you will need to bring your e-ticket which was sent as part of your confirmation email.
In order to make things a little easier for you, we will be running an additional Registration evening. This will take place Wednesday 15 November 2017, 4.30pm - 7.00pm at the Hamilton City Hawks' riverside club room, Grantham Street (click here for map). There's plenty of parking so if you're keen to avoid the weekend queues, come and see us on Wednesday night to collect your race number and timing chip. Don't forget to bring your E-ticket!
Event Weekend Registration
Event weekend Registration takes place at Event HQ which is located inside the Hamilton City Council Reception within Garden Place, Hamilton City Centre. There is no designated parking available for registration, but plenty of parking is available throughout Hamilton City Centre and the CBD. Event weekend Registration will take place on the following days, simply choose which works best for you:
- Pre-event: Saturday 18 November 2017, 12.00pm - 4.00pm
- Event Day: Sunday 19 November 2017, 7.30am - 9.30am
